Man Arrested in Connection to April CVS Heist
His arrest marks the third arrest in the case.

Michael Masselli, 46, of West Haven was charged with larceny in the fifth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth degree on Feb. 7 at 10 a.m.
According to police, a warrant was served at Norwalk Superior Court for Masselli’s arrest. Police said Masselli was arrested in connection with the April 2012 theft of $899 worth of teeth whitening strips and Prilosec from CVS. Two other arrests have been made in that case: Kimberly Steeves was arrested in June and Louis Masselli was arrested in May for their alleged roles in the theft.
Masselli was held on $10,000 and scheduled to be arraigned that afternoon.
