WILTON, CT -- The Ridgefield Missing Pets Facebook group is reporting that Roscoe went missing from the Belden Hill Road near the intersection of Wolfpit Road on the morning of July 3. He is a small dog, and owners believe their rescue dog is a Havanese mix, about 9 years old. He is nearly deaf.
