Mother Goose on the Loose, Animal Encounters

Here's what's going on in and around town on Thursday, Oct. 17: 

• Observe the different ways, animals move and attempt to move like them with animal encounters, games and crafts at Earthplace in Westport. 

• Check out a yoga class in Wilton that moves at a gentle pace and is great for beginners and designed for toning, strength and flexibility while reducing stress.
  

• Mother Goose on the Loose is a themed story time for children ages six months to 2-years-old in Wilton. Children will sing songs, listen to stories, move to music, and learn nursery rhymes.
