Over 4,800 Without Power In Wilton: Eversource
The worst of the storm has moved through Connecticut, but not before leaving a big impact.
UPDATE: Eversource is reporting 4,800 power outages in Wilton as of 9:45 p.m. which represents 64 percent of the town.
WILTON, CT — Utility company Eversource reported that 4,097 customers were without power in town as Tropical Storm Isaias moved across the state around 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
The worst of the storm has moved through Connecticut, but not before leaving a big impact. Widespread tree damage was reported, but rain and flooding was less of a worry thanks to the storm's quick speed.
