Possible Evening Ice On Roadways In Town Of Wilton

The latest forecast shows mixed periods of ice this evening into the morning with the possibility of icing on the roadways, particularly in North Wilton. There is also the possibility of power outages. Temperatures will rise above freezing later in the day on Tuesday.

Wilton Public Works personnel have been activated to treat the roadways. If travel isn’t necessary, it is best to stay off the roadways this evening.

Eversource has been preparing for possible power outages.
