Chris Rybacki, 25, of Putnam was charged with failure to appear in the second degree after he turned himself in on an arrest warrant for failing to answer motor vehicle charges on Feb. 5 at 12:45 p.m.
Police said the original motor vehicle charges—which stemmed from an August 2012 traffic stop—were driving with a suspended license, failure to return a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Rybacki was released on $500 bond and given a Feb. 15 court date.
