River Road Development Sells for $4.6M

Five property transfers were recorded in Wilton between Dec. 21 and Dec. 27.

On Dec. 21, Christopher and Elizabeth Deardoff sold to property at 311 Mountain Road to Sandy and Kelly Bocuzzo for $560,000.

On Dec. 26, Greyrock of Wilton LLC sold to property at 127 River Road to Toll CT II Limited Partnership for $4,600,000.

On Dec. 27, Anna Minnich sold to property at 4 Kensett Avenue to Armenio and Celia Quieros for $315,000.

On Dec. 27, Sylvia Callari sold to property at 39 Range Road to Fabrizio Reda and Isabella Iannarilli for $294,600.

On Dec. 27, Alan and Catherine Mencher sold to property at 137 Kellogg Drive to Eva and Chris Barymow for $440,000.
