On Sept. 21, Lambert Common 2000 Realty Trust sold the property at Lambert Common Garage Unit G-50 to Carol and Henry Hill for $20,000.

On Sept. 21, Melissa Ritchey sold the property at 18 Own Home Avenue to Danielle and Jason Freeman for $265,000.

On Sept. 25, Kevin Higgins sold the property at 33 Skunk Lane to Ning Sun and Jianwei Wang for $910,000.

On Sept. 25, Angela Montague sold the property at 118 Indian Hill Road to Douglas and Theresa Miller for $692,000.

On Sept. 27, the estate of Dianne Burleson sold the property at 40 Black Alder Lane to John Lynch for $342,000.
