Take Your Child to the Library Day is Saturday, February 4

Families have a fun day at Wilton Library February 4

Every day is Library Day for kids but Saturday, February 4, Wilton Library has added a few fun things to its programming:

Llama Llama Pajama Party, 10 – 10:30 a.m. Children ages 2-5 and their caregivers are invited to come to the library to Llama Llama (Anna Dewdney) stories, sing songs and participate in activities. Snacks will be served. Be sure to come in your jammies!! Registration required. Supported by the Hoffman Family.

Minecraft Club, 10 – noon. Kids ages 8 and up are invited to join Wilton Library’s Minecraft Computer Club. Players must bring their own laptop and create their own accounts. Registration required.

Take Your Child to the Library and See Living Dragons!, 2 – 3 p.m. 'Living Dragons” from Riverside Reptiles introduces kids to a wide variety of different species of lizards that include geckos, skinks, a cousin of the Komodo Dragon, and more. Registration required, grades K and up.

Mother and Daughter Book Club, 3 – 4 p.m. Calling all daughters and mothers who want to read about heroines that are smart, brave, strong and kind. This month’s selection is Rules by Cynthia Lord. For grades 3-5. Refreshments will be served. Registration required.
