Up to Four Inches of Snow Possible Monday Night in Wilton
Up to four inches of snow may blanket the area tonight, according to the National Weather Service.

Old Man Winter might have at least one more trick up his sleeve.
According to the National Weather Service, a wintry mix could bring up to four inches of snow and sleet to the area overnight. The forecasts for tonight and tomorrow by that service are as follows:

- Tonight: Snow before midnight, then snow, freezing rain, and sleet between midnight and 1am, then freezing rain and sleet after 1 am. Low around 31. Breezy, with a east wind 13 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total nighttime ice accumulation of around a 0.1 of an inch possible. Total nighttime snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
- Tuesday: Rain, mainly before 3pm. High near 43. East wind 6 to 16 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
- Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 26. West wind 15 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph.
According to weather.com, however, the forecast calls for up to 5 inches of snow accumulation.Â
The Department of Motor Vehicles is canceling ALL ROAD TESTS statewide on Tuesday until 1 p.m., when previously scheduled appointments for that time slot and afterwards will be held. Anyone with a scheduled road test can call DMV to choose a new date.
