Fence Manufacturing and Installation
What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Financing growth.
Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?
No, I have been an entrepreneur for 35 years owning several different businesses and have enjoyed many the challenges and successes that I have encountered.
What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
The relationships we have been able to foster with our clients over the years. We started with a very small customer base and have increased it to the extent of making the INC 5000 as the fastest growing fence company in the USA.
What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?
Manufacturing our own product to have absolute control of quality and cut down on delivery times. This has also allowed us to manufacturer for other fence companies, builders and homeowners that want to install our wood fence products.
How do you deal with difficult customers?
We do have customers that are more of a challenge then others as they need a little more attention in getting them to see what the end result their project will be. It takes just more time and patience.
How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
We work with Trackside Teen Center of Wilton and Building Hope Foundation of Fairfield County.
