How did you come up with the name?

We personalize lots of what we sell so we wanted our customers to create their signature style. The name allows us to go in various directions with what we sell. We sell home, gift, apparel, jewelry, baby so we needed a name that worked for anything we would sell.

Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?

We love being in the older area of Wilton Center. This is our third location in the same area. We we grew our location got better and better.



Briefly, what business are you in?

Personalized gifts,apparel, home decor



What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

Finding time to do things outside of work has been the most challenging part of owning a store.



Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

The biggest challenge with our business has been the time it has taken away from our families. We both wish we had more time to spend with our kids and spouses. Our houses are messier than we’d like and we never get our errands done. We’d also like more time to see our friends outside of work.



What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

We have loved getting to know so many people in out community both young and older. Wilton is filled with kind, interesting, funny, thoughtful people. Everyone has a story and we love hearing those. We love getting to know our customers kids, spouses, parents. Our days are always interesting. Sometimes we laugh, cry or just lend an ear. Wilton has an amazing community of people.



What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?

There are too many ideas to name one that our customers have thought of. Out whole concept is about designing and creating so our customers come up with lots of great ideas everyday.



How do you deal with difficult customers?

We have had very few difficult customers but when we do we try to make them happy without compromising how we do things.



How does your business give back or get involved in the community?

We give to just about every club, sport or organization that asks for our support in Wilton and beyond. We usually donate to an auction or event about 4 times per month.
