Wilton Changes Traffic Pattern at Cobbs Mill and Cedar Roads
Road widths on the western side of the island did not fall within recommended parameters.

WILTON, CT — Officials reviewed road widths at the intersection of Cobbs Mill Road and Cedar Road (Route 53) and have determined that they are not up to code.
Road widths on the western side of the island did not fall within the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials recommendations. As a result of the review, all traffic is now required to stay to the right of the island. The road striping and signage at the intersection has been updated.
