Wilton Police Ask Residents, 'RUOK'?

Wilton residents in the "Are You OK?" (RUOK) program will receive a daily phone call​, checking on their well-being.

WILTON, CT — The police have announced a free wellness-check service for residents.

Participants in the "Are You OK?" (RUOK) program will receive a daily phone call, checking on their well-being.

The automated call asking "Are you ok today?" will be placed between 8-10 a.m. If the call is unanswered or the line is busy, the RUOK service will call back a second time. If there is still no answer, the Wilton Police Department will be notified.

This service is available free to Wilton residents over the age of 60 or Wilton residents who are homebound or medically disabled, either on a permanent or long-term basis, regardless of age.
