Wilton Police Charge Motorist With DUI
According to the police report, the driver's blood alcohol content was 0.2219 and 0.2129 when tested.
WILTON, CT — Police charged a Danbury man with DUI after they say he crossed the double-yellow line and white fog line in the area of Danbury Road and Seeley Road on Saturday night.
The Wilton Police Department pulled over Hector Arnoldo Ortiz-Calate, 31, of North Street in Danbury at 10:44 p.m.
Officers say that Ortiz-Calate was driving his 2011 Chevrolet Express 1500 northbound on Danbury Road near the intersection of Olmstead Hill Road while under the influence of alcohol.

According to the police report, Ortiz-Calate's blood alcohol content was 0.2219 and 0.2129 when tested.
Ortiz-Calate was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain proper lane. He posted a $260 bond, released, and scheduled to appear before Norwalk Superior Court on Aug. 6.
