Wilton's Fourth of July Weekend Weather Forecast

WILTON, CT — For the most part, residents are in for a very pleasant Fourth of July weekend in the city. According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are set to remain in the mid-80s this weekend with partly sunny skies. Although there are thunderstorms in the forecast, chances remain under 30 percent for most of the weekend.
As we head into Monday and Tuesday, weather conditions are set to clear up with temperatures in the mid-80s and mostly sunny skies. The NWS does not show any rain in the forecast for independence day.
Here is a look at what Wilton residents can expect from Friday to Tuesday.
- Friday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 86. Southwest wind 10 to 13 mph.
- Saturday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 8am. Partly sunny, with a high near 85. South wind 8 to 13 mph.
- Sunday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11am. Partly sunny, with a high near 86.
- Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 85.
- Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 83.
