Woman Turns Herself In To Wilton Police On Forgery, DUI Charges

The woman's arrest stems from an accident she had when her blood alcohol content was four times the legal limit, according to police.

WILTON, CT — A woman turned herself over to police on Sunday on a warrant dating from March.

The warrant for the arrest of Olivia Lawlor, 23, of Sharp Hill Road, stemmed from a motor vehicle accident on Belden Hill Road on the night of March 4.

Following Lawlor's transport to the hospital that night, a search warrant was obtained for the composition of her blood following the accident. Police say they discovered her blood alcohol content around the time of the accident was 0.34, more than four times the legal limit.

Charges on the arrest warrant included driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to stay in the proper and, and third-degree forgery.

Lawlor was released on a promise to appear before Norwalk Superior Court on July 30.
