Construction Of Hotel Approved For Windsor
Plans to build a Holiday Inn are moving forward.
WINDSOR, CT — A Groton developer has gained approval for construction of a $14-million Holiday Express Inn & Suites at 777 Day Hill Road, The Hartford Business Journal reported. The 65,000-square-foot hotel is on land adjacent to Fastpitch Nation Park, the region's largest fastpitch softball facility which debuted last year.
Developer Jimmy Patel is constructing the 108-room, four-story extended stay hotel. Construction is anticipated to begin this spring, The Hartford Business Journal reported.
