Annual Membership Drive
First Town Downtown has long been a champion of Windsor Center and the historic town green. We have a vital mission to enhance and promote the center, recognizing it as the hub for the entire town and a place where people come to celebrate our community. First Town Downtown is dedicated to achieving our goals in partnership with business and property owners, volunteers, local civic groups, and government officials. But we need your help too!* Your membership will support First Town Downtown as a champion of Windsor Center and its historic town green, which enhances the sense of community, property values, and the business climate throughout the entire town.* Your membership will help us continue beloved First Town Downtown FREE programs that are enjoyable for all ages: weekly Farmers Market, Summer Concert Series, Nightmare on Broad Street, and the Torchlight Parade.* Your membership will provide resources for the First Town Downtown Economic Enhancement Committee, working to promote Windsor Center to business owners and developers throughout the region.* Your membership fee and additional donations are tax deductible. Please use this link
Spring Heritage Brick Ceremony
Please join First Town Downtown for the Spring Heritage Brick Installation Ceremony on Saturday, May 29 at 9:00 AM. The ceremony will take place at the Windsor Center memorial patio, at the intersection of Broad Street and Central Street. As you know, this heritage brick patio is a unique and special way for friends, family, and businesses to celebrate milestones and preserve memories, leaving a mark for future Windsor generations to enjoy. We look forward to seeing you at this ceremony, which celebrates our amazing Windsor community. Coffee and goodies will be provided following the ceremony. Please RSVP or email Genevieve.Lattimer@ftdt.org by Friday, May 21, letting us know how many will attend the ceremony. If you can’t join us in person, we will be sure to showcase photos on our social media and in our weekly newsletter.
