Group Of Windsor Residents Oppose Dog Kennel Plans

A group of local residents are opposing the addition of a new dog kennel.

WINDSOR, CT - About 15 local residents came out to a recent Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to oppose plans for a new dog kennel at 909 Stone Road, The Journal-Inquirer reported. They opposed the 871 square-foot kennel due to concerns about safety, noise, and property values.

Shawn Tulloch, who is proposing the plan, previously appeared before the commission in December, when the plan was rejected by a 3-1 vote.
