Man Dies In Motorcycle V. Bear Crash In Harwinton

HARWINTON, CT — A man is dead after his motorcycle crashed into a bear Saturday night, according to FOX 61. Thomas Kovalik, 65, of Plymouth, was riding his Harley Davidson on Route 222 when he struck the bear.

Kovalik was taken to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington where he later died. The wreck is under investigation.
