Obituary: Steven Teed, 69, Of Windsor

WINDSOR, CT - Steven A. Teed, 69, of Windsor, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 12, 2018. Born in Milton, MA to the late Orrin and Isabel (Mosher) Teed, he was a graduate of Windsor High School Class of 1969 where he served as President of his Senior Class and was a member of the Drama and Debate Club. He attended the University of Hartford. Steven lived in San Francisco, CA for 25 years and worked as the General Manager of the Cow Hollow Inn and Suites.

He retired in 2014 to Hope, ME where he became a gentleman farmer. Steven was an avid reader who loved music, gardening, sailing, fine wines and food, but his true love was spending time with family and friends. Steven is survived by his former wife Nancy Watson, his brothers Richard Teed and his wife Vicki, Douglas Teed and his wife Nancy, his sisters Nancy St. Pierre and her husband Gary, Joanna Lambert and her husband David, and several loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held on Saturday, November 3rd from 12pm to 3pm at Chippanee Country Club, 6 Marsh Rd. Bristol. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made to the Environmental Learning Centers of CT, 501 Wolcott Rd Bristol, CT 06010.
