Windsor Board Member Charged In Groping Incident
A local Planning and Zoning Commission member is being accused of groping a man.

WINDSOR, CT — A Planning and Zoning Commission member has been charged with groping a man on the Laurel Marsh Trail on West Middle Turnpike in Manchester, according to The Journal-Inquirer. Karl Profe, 70, of 22 Merriam Road, Windsor, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace.
He was released on $5,000 bond and will appear in Manchester Superior Court Tuesday.
Town Manager Peter Souza told The Journal-Inquirer that there have been no discussions regarding removing Profe and that the town will let the judicial process run its course.
