Windsor Business Sells Big Lottery Winner

WINDSOR, CT — A West Haven resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket that was sold in Windsor, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
John Allen, of West Haven, won $10,000 on a 30X Cash 6Th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Hir Mobil On The Run in Windsor on July 19.
