WINDSOR, CT - December 2nd – 8th is National Influenza Vaccination Week and the Windsor Health Department will be participating in the Connecticut Department of Public Health 2018 Influenza Vaccination Campaign by offering a vaccination clinic to the public on Saturday December 8th at the Windsor Town Hall, 275 Broad Street, from 9am – 12:30pm for anyone ages 5 years and up.
If you have not received your flu shot by the first week in December it’s not too late with our flu season continuing into May. For those who will be attending the clinic please bring your insurance card(s) with you.

If you do not have insurance the flu shot is FREE. The consent form can be found on the town's website for you to complete and bring with you to the clinic.
