Windsor Man Enters Plea In Murder Case
A Windsor man facing murder charges in a Hartford marijuana robbery entered a plea last week.
WINDSOR, CT - A local man facing murder charges tied a Hartford marijuana robbery struck a plea deal Wednesday, according to The Journal-Inquirer. Anthony Austin, 28, was convicted of aiding or encouraging the commission of a first-degree manslaughter with a firearm.
The case is tied to the shooting death of Chace Hernandez, 27, of Hartford.
Austin was sentenced to 12 years in prison and 18 years' strict special parole.
