Heather Waterhouse, 35, of 47A Broad Street in East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, stop sign violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration.

Dec. 14

David Dagrosa, 32, of 7 Carriage Drive in Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration.
