Jan. 7
David Bruhin, 44, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree robbery.
Jan. 8
Darnel Shanks, 28, of 662 Windsor Avenue, Windsor, was charged with threatening, third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.
Joshua Burns, 24, of 123 Pleasant Street, Manchester, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Jan. 10
Michael Navaroli, 30, of 6A Chestnut Street, Windsor, was charged with violating probation or conditional discharge.
