Nov. 2

Leandro Rodriguez, 23, of 63 Deerfield Avenue in Windsor, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Nov. 4

Devon Lamont, 49, of 111 Brewster Road in Windsor, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and threatening.

Nov. 7

Ronald Smith, 46, of 244 South Whitney Street in Hartford, was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.

Nov. 8

Jose Vega, 36, of 57 Kenneth Street in Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
