Haven Newsome, 37, of 58 8th Avenue, Haverhill, Mass., was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.
Anthony Robbins, 23, of 66 Tunxis Avenue, Windsor, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal mischief.

Melissa Twombly, 32, of 58 8th Avenue, Haverhill, Mass., was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.

Amanda Zablocki, 20, of 19 Wysteria Lane, Suffield, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Leandro Rodriguez, 23, of 63 Deerfield Avenue, Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.
