Windsor Resident Disciplined by State Nursing Board
She is among eight individuals who recently met with disciplinary action by the state Board of Examiners for Nursing.
WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor resident is among eight persons who were subject to disciplinary action by the State Board of Examiners for Nursing during March, c-hit.org reported.
The board placed a one-year probation on the license of registered nurse Karen Greenland. She admitted failing to write down a prescription order for a patient and failing to notice the medication was not included in the patient’s care plan, c-hit said.
Other individuals receiving disciplinary action hail from West Hartford, West Haven, Redding, Danielson, Bridgeport, New Milford and East Granby.
