2-Vehicle Crash In East Windsor Sends One to Hospital

EAST WINDSOR, CT — A two-vehicle collision late Sunday night sent one person to an area hospital with injuries, according to East Windsor police.

The crash occurred at 11:55 p.m. on Route 140, known locally as Bridge Street, at the Exit 45 on-ramp to Interstate 91 northbound. An eastbound vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto the ramp and was T-boned by another vehicle traveling westbound, Sgt. Matthew Carl said.

A passenger in one vehicle reported injuries and was taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Carl said.

The crash is still under investigation and no charges have been filed, Carl said.
