Abandoned Dog Looking for Home

Last week, Tessie was found tied to a tree and left with a bag of food on South Water Street.

She is around 3 to 4 years old and is a pit bull-labrador mix. She is currently at the East Windsor Animal Shelter, and has been very sweet and obedient while living there.

At this point, it is clear that the owner is not coming for Tessie. The adoption fee is $50 for Connecticut residents, and $5 if she is adopted out of state.
