Big CT Lottery Prize Snared By East Windsor Resident
A local man won the top prize in a scratch game purchased in his own hometown.
EAST WINDSOR, CT — A resident of Broad Brook recently claimed the top prize on a CT Lottery scratch ticket bought at a local convenience store.
Kevin Arzt won $30,000 in the lottery's 30X Cash 7th Edition game. He purchased his winning ticket at the Mash Mart Valero station at 148 North Road, and claimed his winnings Oct. 23.
The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
