WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A local man cashed in big time recently on a CT Lottery scratch ticket bought right in his hometown.

Robert Moticka won the top prize of $30,000 in the 30X Cash 7th Edition game. He bought his lucky ticket at the Hav-Mor Market at 24 South Elm Street, and claimed his winnings Tuesday.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
