            If you are in need of a Cooling Center during the summer, please notify the Windsor Locks Police Department @ 860-627-1461.

             During the week, the Cooling Center location will be at the Senior Center during the following hours:Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

            The Emergency Management Director will determine a Cooling Center location if evening or weekend hours are required. 

            Please note that you can always get assistance by dialing 211 and asking for the nearest Cooling Center location.
