Collision Between Car and Motorcycle Closes East Windsor Roadway
Route 140 in East Windsor was closed for about 45 minutes following the collision late Sunday afternoon.
EAST WINDSOR, CT — A collision between a car and a motorcycle late Sunday afternoon on Route 140 forced closure of a segment of the busy state road for about 45 minutes.
The crash occurred around 4:15 p.m. just east of Winkler Rd., about a half-mile west of the Bassdale Plaza. One injured person was taken to Hartford Hospital, and the motorcycle operator was talking to emergency personnel at the scene, Det. Sgt. Matthew Carl said.
The roadway was re-opened around 5 p.m.

No charges have been filed, and the crash remains under investigation, Carl said.
