Man Arrested At Bradley For Possessing Loaded Gun
For the fifth time this year, a passenger was caught attempting to bring a firearm through security, according to a report.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - A Niantic man was arrested Sunday after he attempted to bring a loaded handgun through security at Bradley International Airport, WTNH reported. This was the fifth time security officials have stopped passengers carrying guns at the airport this year.
Transportation Safety Administration officers spotted the gun in the man's carry-on bag while he was going through an X-ray machine. The gun was confiscated and the man was later brought up on weapons charges for carrying a 9 mm handgun, according to WTNH.
