Man With Loaded Gun Arrested At Bradley Airport

A South Windsor man was arrested after reports that he attempted to bring a loaded gun through security.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A man with a loaded gun in his backpack attempted to pass through security at Bradley International Airport early Saturday morning, according to WTNH. Jordan Butler, 24, of South Windsor, was charged with carrying of pistol or revolver without permit, illegal possession of a high capacity magazine, and circumventing or failing to comply with airport security measures.

Butler's bag contained a handgun with a 16 round magazine and 12 rounds of ammunition. He told police that he forgot the gun was in the bag, WTNH reported.
