National Weather Service Puts Windsor Locks Snowfall at 22.3 Inches

East Windsor and other areas may have gotten slightly more or less.

The official report from the National Weather Service puts the total snowfall from the Feb. 8-9 blizzard at 22.3 inches for Windsor Locks.

No official report was available for East Windsor. The most snow in Hartford County was measured in Manchester, 32 inches, and the least in Enfield, 20 inches.
