Overturned Truck On I-91 Wreaks Havoc With Traffic
A tractor-trailer rolled over on the northbound side of Interstate-91 in East Windsor and wreaked havoc with traffic.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — A tractor-trailer rolled over on the northbound side of Interstate-91 Tuesday and wreaked havoc with traffic from lunchtime into the evening hours after apparently being cut off, state police and state transportation officials said.
The crash took place at 1:25 p.m., state police said.
Department of Transportation officials said the truck rolled over and I-91 northbound was closed between Exits 44 and 45. Traffic was backed up nearly 3 miles most of the afternoon and into the evening hours, DOT officials said.

More than four hours after the crash, fire and environmental crews were still at the scene.
State police police said, based on "some preliminary information," it appears that a "secondary commercial-type vehicle" may have been involved in the crash.
