Police: 46-Year-Old Man Repeatedly Raped 14-Year-Old Boy At Windsor Locks Motel

On Jan. 23, the Windsor Locks Police Department Criminal Investigation Division developed information resulting in successfully obtaining an arrest warrant for a Ronald Smith, 46, charging him with four counts of first-degree sexual assault and illegal sexual contact with a victim under 16 years of age.  

Smith is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old male between the months of January to August 2013 at Motel 6 in Windsor Locks. Smith was arrested while in custody on other charges and is now being held on a $500,000 bond.      

The Windsor and Hartford police departments have also arrested Smith for sexual assault of the same 14-year-old male occurring within their jurisdictions.
