Sports Complex Negotiations Cease in Windsor Locks
The proposed developer of a multi-million dollar sports complex is the subject of a civil lawsuit in New York, Windsor Locks officials said.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Negotiations between the town of Windsor Locks and a developer who last week proposed a $200 million athletic complex on Route 20 have apparently been halted, due to an ongoing civil lawsuit involving the potential developer and some Long Island investors.
First Selectman Chris Kervick said in an email Monday the town "is suspending further negotiations with JABS Sports Management, LLC, the proposed developer of All Sports Village," according to the Hartford Business Journal.
JABS Sports management principal Andrew Borgia is being sued by four individuals who invested in a proposed sports complex in Islip, Long Island, alleging lost investments totaling $462,000.
