WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Windsor Locks resident is $20,000 richer after buying a CT Lottery scratch ticket which paid out the game's top prize.

Donnie Farmer purchased his winning 20X Cash 6th Edition at the 7-Eleven store on Halfway House Road. He claimed his winnings Thursday, according to the CT Lottery website.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
