WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Windsor man benefited from a recent journey north into neighboring Windsor Locks, turning a $10 investment in a CT Lottery scratch ticket into a $10,000 prize.

Glenn Thompson won the top prize in the 10X Cash 14th Edition game on a ticket he purchased at Collins Package Store at 552 Halfway House Rd. He claimed his winnings March 15.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
