Winter Team State Title History: Windsor Locks, East Windsor
The two schools have combined for four state titles in winters past.
WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — As practices for Connecticut high school winter sports officially get underway Monday (girls basketball, ice hockey and wrestling) and Thursday (boys basketball, indoor track, boys swimming and girls gymnastics), hopes run high for all teams to achieve the ultimate goal: winning a league championship, and possibly a state title.
To help squads get into the championship mentality, here is a listing of the CIAC winter team titles won by Windsor Locks and East Windsor high schools in past years (* - indicates a co-op team).
