2 Injured In Woodbury Car Crash
Two people were injured in a wreck Tuesday afternoon.
WOODBURY, CT — Two people were injured in an accident on Sherman Hill Road Tuesday, The Waterbury Republican-American reported. The crash occurred when a Honda Accord slowed to turn left and was struck by a Nissan Pathfinder that investigators believe did not apply its brakes.
Distracted driving may have played a role in the wreck, according to The Republican-American. The identities of the two drivers have not been released.
The woman driving the Honda suffered back, neck, and head injuries. The man driving the Pathfinder was transported to a local hospital.
