Acting First Selectman Named In Woodbury: Report

WOODBURY, CT — First Selectman William J. Butterly recently underwent knee surgery and while he recovers Selectman Barbara K. Perkinson will serve as acting first selectman, the Republican-American reports.

Buttery said he has full confidence in Perkinson and he said he is anticipating a quick recovery. No timetable was given for his return to office.
