Car Found In Pond, Woodbury Man Charged: Report

WOODBURY, CT — An incident from last Sunday has led to charges of evading responsibility for property damage or injury and interfering with an officer for Martin L. Caine, 27, of Woodbury, according the Republican-American.

A Saab was found partly in a pond near an assisted living facility on Middle Road Turnpike. Caine, who owned the vehicle, was found at his home and appeared largely uninjured, the Rep-Am reports. Several towns responded to the initial call. Caine was given a $5,000 bond.
