Hundreds Sign Petition Against Dollar General Plans: Report
Nearly 400 people have signed onto the petition opposing the project due to significant environmental concerns.

WOODBURY, CT — Alan Zinser has secured more than 400 signatures opposing plans for a Dollar General store to built at 614 Main Street South, the Republican-American reports.
The petition highlights serious environmental concerns over the proposed plans. A dump is currently located near the proposed development site.
A public hearing will be held before the Zoning Commission this Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. at the Senior Center.
